I've ordered many things from Cokodive and I'm impressed yes its pricey but its worth it i live in the UK and the shipping was actually quite quick I was impressed and the items came in great condition I had the Army bomb ordered I was worried incase itd get thrown around nd break during the journey but it came perfectly not a scratch and my albums have all came safely too definitely good place to order from !

Honestly, out of all my time being a COKODIVE shopper, my experience has been great! I preordered the winter package back in February and then it came out of preorder on March 2nd, I got the album on March 8th. Only 6 days for it to come from South Korea to Canada. Very impressed with shipping, the cost isn’t that much either. But on the other hand, the products tend to have a hefty price tag. But, everything I’ve received from COKODIVE is all legitimate. I always make sure to find the Big Hit sticker on the boxes, which I always find without having a problem. COKODIVE is definitely my go-to when it comes to buying k-pop merch. Just in my opinion, the prices should be lowered a tad bit. It might seem cheaper in the US, but it is quite expensive here in Canada. And every time I order something from COKODIVE, I always get stuck paying a customs fee which is alright. My experience with COKODIVE has been good so far!

I am very disappointed about my experience with buying on cocodive. i bought a package in January and Since then I didn’t get any tracking information, not even a tracking number! Althought I contacted them already a couple of times they still couldn’t give me any proper reason why my package was not even shipped and still isn’t! Bery frustrated, angry and disappointed especially because I had no birthday gift for one of my friends. Not buying from here again. Just hoping that one day my package arrives at my place.

Cokodive really cares and makes sure that packages arrive safely with little to no damage. They are really consistent when updating there store and posting content on their various social media platforms. Shipping is slow but that is ONLY because of COVID-19. The merch there is official so I would recommend purchasing here if you are looking for an online option.

I didn't orden anything yet but the proofs show me that the customers are happy and satisfice with the company and productos.

I used to love this site, but now, I can no longer say the same. I placed an order (1109424) last April 16, it's a pre-order with a release date of July 17, they said the shipping will start after the release date, so I email and asked about it on July 20, they responded saying it is being handled with highest priority, it will be shipped within the week, there are some issues due to Covid19, basically, different excuses every single time, I kept emailing them but I am receiving the same response over and over and honestly it is getting frustrating. I even cried out of frustration. After 3 weeks, still no updates.

The shipping was really fast and Baby RJ is much better than I have expected! He is so super soft and the quality is really really good. Since I have slept with this cute cushion I have a better sleep. <3 I would definitely buy more BT21 stuff at cokodive. Worth 5 stars.

i absolutely love cokodive. its extremely reliable and on usual occasions ships quickly considering it comes from korea. although the things may be more pricey than usual. it is all very genuine and real official products unless stated elsewhat. i always love to use cokodive and im excited to see what else they bring to the shop

A very trusted shop and Jack is very kind. This shop gives discounts and sometimes he does a give aways which is very nice????. Jack also responds to his buyers and always updates his buyers.... The shop has also a affordable price of merchandises and its also a free shipping which Kpop fans can save some money...????????????

When i first came across the website, i wasn’t sure if it was legit. I knew that there were many merchandise exclusive to korea and After doing some research about customs and shipping internationally, i decided to give it a try and order a few merchandise from the Bts FILAS collection that was only available in korea. Although the price was a little expensive and shipment took a while, the item arrived safely and it is 100% authentic and exactly what i was looking for!

I bought a Special Army Bomb in April, a pre-order and was told they would be shipped out after June 15th. I was perfectly fine with that, but developed a problem with it when I saw other people getting their Special Edition Army Bomb IN APRIL. I sought that as unfair. Regardless, I got my premade tracking number after June 15th, and even though I received it, FedEx didn't give me any updates on it whatsoever so the box came at random and unexpectedly, which happened when I was napping. Other than the box being a little beat up, I was very happy to receive my Bomb after 2 months! I was expecting freebies like I've seen other fans get, but I assume they only come with certain items? Either way, I'll be buying again due to the fact the I trust COKODIVE gives official merch and that's what I like the most!
